Laundry Helper

Folding laundry has always been fascinating for Ethan. Early on, he would watch, enthralled, as I waved around these bright colored fabrics and then put them into piles. Now that he's older, he tries to help. Ethan crawls over to the basket and pulls out a little pile of clothes. He holds up each item of clothing, passing them from hand to hand, then puts them down in a pile on his other side. This will go on, moving from one side to the other, and back, until I take the clothes to be folded. SO CUTE!

We've seen Ethan trying to imitate us before. He loves to brush his teeth with us, and he runs his hands through his hair like we do (this one gets messy when he's eating), but helping with the laundry surprised me. My little man is growing up too fast!
